With flamingo yarn, in the front loops of round 10,
3hdc in each st around the entire bottom of the
skirt, including up the front loops of the surface sl

With the light pink ribbon, tie bows for the front of
her dress and skirt and glue them on.

TIARA
ch x 16. Start in the 10th st, sc, ch x 6, skip 1 st,
sc, ch x 6, skip 1 st, sc, ch x 6, sl st in the end of
the ch. There should be 4 loops. Start in the 4th ch
of the 2
nd loop, sl st, ch x 6, sl st in 3rd st of 3rd
loop, fo.
Glue the ends of the yarn in and trim. Glue to her
head after you have done the hair

HAIR
Mark the halfway line between the front and back of the head and the
midline down the back of her head with soft pink yarn.

Cut strands of blossom yarn for her hair on the back of the head. Make
sure the strands are long enough to make the hair design on the top of
her head. Sew the middle of the strands of yarn down the midline that
you marked on her head using the soft pink yarn.

Cut strands of blossom yarn that are double the length you need for her
bangs/fringe. Fold these strands in half and sew along the line you
marked on the top of her head.

Glue the bangs/fringe into place. Then as you trim it, make some curls
along the bottom of her bangs/fringe and glue into place.

With the hair on the back of the head, glue into place as you bring all
the hair to the top of the head and tie a ponytail there.

Starting in the back, I took 2 or 3 strands of yarn at a time, trimmed
them, folded them to form a loop and glued them into place to make
the design shown below. The loops get bigger as you get closer to the
middle, then they get smaller again as you get to the front.

FACE

Sew the holes of the black buttons in a cross stitch pattern with black
crochet thread. Cut a pair of eyelashes from the black felt. Glue the
eyelashes to the large black buttons. Glue the eyes to the head.
For her cheeks, cut two circles from the pink felt and glue to the head.
(I used the black buttons as a template for the cheeks.)
Sew a mouth using black thread and pull the ends of the thread inside
the head.
