Amigurumi Soft Hippo Free Pattern

I suggest to link wonderful soft hippos. 
Their size will depend on your chosen yarn (approx. 20-25 cm).

We will need:

Yarn Alize Softy (for those who want to knit in two threads-about two motpoints or a little less, in one thread-less than one Hank) or any plush yarn; 
Yarn of another color, if you want to tie the girl;
Hook 3.5 (or the one you are comfortable with);
Black eyes;
thread for eyebrow embroidery;
Marker to mark the beginning of a series.

Stage 1: Legs + body

1 row: 2 VP, 6 SBN in 2nd off Hook loop
2 row: 6 Prib (12)

Cut off the thread, leaving a small end.
Knit is similar to the second part.
At the end of knitting the second part of a thread do not cut off.

1 row: We collect a chain of 5 EAP. 2 SBN in the second loop from the hook, 2 SBN, 4 SBN in the last loop of the chain, then knit on the back side of the chain 2 SBN, 2 SBN in the last Loop (12)

We pull a few SS, fill the part, leave the end of the thread for stitching.
Optionally, you can tie two halves of the nose (2VP, 6 SBN in the second loop) and sew them between the 7th and 8th rows of the muzzle.

Stage 4: Ears, hands, tail
Handles (knit two parts):
1 row: 2 VP, 6 SBN in the second loop.
2 row: (1 SBN, Prib) * 3 (9)
3-13 Series (11 rows) 9 SBN
Fill the part is not completely, fold in half, we bring 4.

Ears (Knit two parts):
1 row: 2 VP, 6 SBN in the second loop.
2nd row: Unfold knitting, do 3 loops lifting (3VP), the PRSs in the same SBN, in each of the remaining 5 SBN we get 2 PRSs (12 PRSs)
Tie the detail around the perimeter of the RVN.
Fold in half, we have 4 SBN.

Tail (do as desired) cut 3 threads of the main yarn (15-20 cm), put them together, fasten to the butt with a hook, and braid a short braid (2-3 cm), make a knot, and cut off the yarn, leaving a small brush.

Skirt and bow.

Assembly

Knit chain of the EAP (to tightly bowed tummy, everyone will have different number of loops)
Connect the chain, knit in a circle.
1 row: 3 loops Lifting (VP), PRSs in the same loop, further knit on 2 PRSs in each loop, SS
2 row: 3 lift loops, 1 PRSs in each PRSs, SS.
Bow 
Amigurumi Ring: 3 VP, 4 PRSs, 3 VP, SS, 3 VP, 4 PRSs, 3 VP, SS. Cut the thread, leave a small tip, roll the bow on the center several times, tie the back of the knot. 
You’re done!
You can now stitch parts.I sewed in this sequence:
Head + body + pens + muzzle + ears. Then my eyes came and I arranged my eyebrows with cilia.
