R5: Change to Bright White yarn. (sc 1, skip 1 st, 5 dc in the next st, skip 1 st) repeat around to create the scalloped edge. FO and weave in ends.

The Arms (Make 2)

Using Skin Tone yarn.

R1: 6 sc in MR (6)

R2: (2 sc, inc) x 2 (8)

R3-R10: sc in each st around (8). Lightly stuff the lower half and close the opening by sc across both layers. FO, leaving a tail.

The Angel Wings (Make 2)

Using Bright White yarn.

R1: 6 sc in MR (6)

R2: inc x 6 (12)

R3: (sc, inc) x 6 (18)

R4: (2 sc, inc) x 6 (24)

R5-R7: sc in each st around (24)

R8: (2 sc, dec) x 6 (18)

Assembly

  • Sew the hair base onto the head.
  • Secure the hair bun on top of the hair base.
  • Attach bangs symmetrically to frame the face.
  • Sew the ears to the sides of the head.
  • Embroider the eyes and mouth using black thread, adding blush to the cheeks.
  • Attach the head to the body and sew the arms at the neckline, pinning them in a clasped position.
  • Sew the wings to the back, angling them outward.
  • Position the halo above the bun and secure it if desired.
