Black embroidery thread
Tapestry needle
Polyester filling
Finished size
Pumpkin – approximately 10cm x 12cm
Squash – approximately 17cm x 12cm

Fasten off leaving a long thread to form segments of the pumpkin.
Thread the yarn onto a tapestry needle and wrap yarn around one side of pumpkin, thread needle through the centre, from top to bottom, pulling the yarn a little tighter but not too tight. Repeat five more times to form six segments, spacing out the yarn evenly around the sides. Fasten off and weave in ends.

Make tendril as for pumpkin.
