Fix between the 4th and 5th rows of the bottom.

Connect the top and bottom parts. 
Insert the hook into the loops of both parts. 
17 row: 1 sbn to fasten two parts, skip 1 loop of the base, 5 ssn to the next sbn, skip 1 loop of the base, 5 ssn to the next sbn, skip 1 loop of the base ……. repeat to the end of the row, ss. 

Attach eyes between next to the additions and next to no change, cut off the extra threads at the ends of the tentacles. 
You can slightly toned cheeks with dry pastel or powder.
