So, you don’t need to sew these parts together. The arms are attached with single crochet as you crochet the body. The finished crochet toy is about 20 cm (7.8″) tall without ears.

Fold in the bottom two corners of the ear into the middle and sew on, then sew the ear onto the hat.

Hair
With YarnArt Happy yarn:
Cut the yarn into pieces, each piece is equal to double length of hair. Fold the piece in half and draw its center through the stitch on the wrong side of the hat with your hook, making a loop. Pick up two strands, draw them through the loop and tighten.
Sew the hat onto the head.

Cat Tail
With 2.5 mm crochet hook and blue yarn:

Stuff gently with fiberfill.
Fold top of tail flat and 5 sc through both sides across

Sew the buttons on the body.

Skirt
With 2.5 mm crochet hook:
Attach yarn to the front loop of R 18 of the body.
R 1: FLO (5 dc in one st, skip the next st, 1 sc, skip the next st) – repeat to the end of row

Bow
With 2.5 mm crochet hook and white yarn:
Make 20 ch, join in ring with sl st.
R 1-5: 20 sc (5 rows)
F.o. and leave a long tail for sewing. Wrap it around the center of the flat bow to create the bow look making sure not to pull too tight as to pucker the sides.
Crochet a chain, wrap it around the center 2 times, join ends of the chain with sl st at the back side. F.o.
